Experimental study on controlling road dust raising in the open mine with the YCH dust suppressant

  • After the road in the test mine was sprayed with dust suppressant,the instantaneous road dust raising concentration behind the running truck,the particle-size distribution,and water content of the road surface dust were measured every day.On the tenth day,the instantaneous road dust raising concentration was 4.9 mg/m3,and the dedusting efficiency was 98.4%.Compared with the measure of spraying water,the measure of spraying dust suppressant on the road not only saved 98% water but also reduced the 31% cost of dedusting.
