Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Hot Rolling Steel Containing Single Cu Alloying Element

  • The microstuccture and mechanical properties of high purity hot rolling steel containing single Cu alloying element was investigated, before and after aging annealing. It is shown that the steel has high strengthening effect and high ductility. The precipitation occurred prior to the recrystalization during aging annealing. It is believed that the new steel should have a very positive future.
