Eigenstructure Assignment of Linear Singular Systems

The eigenstructure assignment problem of linear time invoriant singlar systems under the pure state feedback is dealt with. In regular bundle and strong controllability conditions, necessary and sufficient condition for the assignment eigenstructure is given.It is using prove of constructive method. It shows that pair number of assignment eigenstructure "eigenvalu-(generalized) eigenvector" is less than or equal to rank of matrix E.
