Application of Prediction Compensation DMC in Electrical Heating Furnance

  • Considering the electrical heating furnance's properties of large inertia,slow time -varying, nonlinearity, as well as serious cross coupling, and so on,the Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) based on a model without parameters is proposed. A method of feedforward predictive compensation decoupling control is adopted,which makes it very easy to design a decoupling system. The real-time control result shows that the algorithm is available for the multivariable system.
