Effect of Reanodizing Technological Factors on Friction Coefficient

  • The effect of reanodizing techological factors on friction coefficient of lubricant anodic film was investigaed. Results revealed that the influence of reanodizing current density pH value and concentration of (NH4)2MoS4 solution on friction coefficient were all indirect. The colorness of reanodizing film was adjusted by these factors connected with reanodizing time. High temperature post-treatment, particularly in Ar2 environment, could further more lower friction coefficient. Also the mechanism of lowering of friction coefficient after reanodizng treatment was discussed.
