Quantitative analysis of the whole curvature process for two-roll bar straightening

  • 摘要: 為了摸清棒材斜輥矯直過程中各曲率的變化規律,應用小曲率平面彎曲彈復理論以及棒材彎曲彈復的曲率方程式,實現棒材一次反彎彈復的計算模型,基于棒材每旋轉半周反彎一次的規律以及上一次彈復后的殘余曲率認為是下一次彎曲的原始曲率,建立棒材全流程二輥矯直過程彎曲彈復模型,獲得整個矯直過程中原始曲率、彎曲曲率、彈復曲率以及殘余曲率的演變過程,得到棒材最終的殘余曲率.應用該理論模型對現場生產過程進行了計算,與現場結果一致,驗證了理論模型的正確性.應用所建立的理論模型對不同直徑、不同材料屈服強度、不同原始撓度的棒材矯直過程分別進行分析,獲得了不同來料參數情況下矯直過程的變形規律.該模型可以為二輥矯直機輥型優化設計與工藝參數計算提供理論依據.
