Effect of preheating on the microstructure and properties of laser melting deposited 12CrNi2 alloy steel

  • 摘要: 使用高功率光纖激光器的快速成形系統和電磁感應加熱設備,分別在未預熱和預熱的情況下成形12CrNi2合金鋼.通過掃描電鏡觀察成形件微觀組織、維氏硬度計測試不同部位硬度、萬能材料試驗機測試不同方向的拉伸性能,研究預熱對激光熔化沉積12CrNi2合金鋼不同方向的組織、硬度、拉伸性能的影響.結果表明:未預熱條件下,單道熔池組織為板條馬氏體,塊狀成形件熔池為回火馬氏體與貝氏體混合組織,XOZ截面與YOZ截面組織沒有明顯的組織差別,但YOZ截面整體硬度大于XOZ截面,同時兩個截面均出現了大尺寸宏觀裂紋缺陷,力學性能差.在預熱條件下,熔池由于溫度梯度降低發生貝氏體轉變,單道熔池呈現性能優異的下貝氏體組織;塊狀成形件熔池沒有發生回火馬氏體轉變,主要為粒狀貝氏體.截面硬度分布較未預熱下更為均勻.在拉伸方向及搭接方向均呈現高強度、低塑性特征,抗拉強度可達1189 MPa,屈服強度為951 MPa,伸長率僅為2.8%,性能沒有明顯的各向異性.預熱能夠降低熔池中溫度梯度,減小熱應力,有效控制裂紋缺陷,促進組織均勻化,降低組織、性能的各向異性,提高合金鋼成型件力學性能.
