Effects and mechanism of pumping agent on rheological properties of highly muddy paste

  • 摘要: 高含泥尾礦由于其屈服應力大的特點,流動性能差,不利于管道輸送.為改善流動性能,設計流變特性試驗,對泵送劑影響高含泥膏體流變特性的機理進行分析.研究結果表明,膏體在不同泵送劑添加量情況下,漿體質量分數與屈服應力之間存在顯著的線性關系.對該線性函數作進一步分析,發現泵送劑添加量與該函數的截距和斜率之間存在顯著的指數關系.最終得出不同泵送劑添加量和漿體質量分數情況下的屈服應力預測函數,能夠有效表征泵送劑對高含泥膏體流變特性的影響,有利于泵送劑添加量的預測與膏體流動性能的控制.基于上述預測模型,提出泵送劑對高含泥膏體流變特性的影響機理.通過環境掃描電鏡(ESEM)發現泵送劑破壞了絮團結構,添加量在1%左右時破壞最明顯.泵送劑使得絮團尺寸變小,進而造成屈服應力的降低;后期由于絮團間距增加,絮團間的作用力削弱,絮團結構破壞速度放緩,與理論分析一致.
