Indoor scale-down test of tailings

  • 摘要: 尾礦漿的沉積特性對尾礦壩的壩體結構有重要影響.為了研究尾礦漿的沉積分層特征和時間演化規律,對黏性尾礦漿和砂性尾礦漿進行一維沉降柱試驗,討論了尾礦沉積物的細觀結構特征和分層劃分依據,分析了沉積物形態與時間的關系,并用雙電層理論解釋了絮凝作用對沉積特征的影響機理.結果表明:尾礦黏粒具有顆粒細小、黏土礦物成分比例高和吸附性強的特點,在液體環境下易形成高孔隙率的絮狀結構體;根據細觀結構的變化,尾礦沉積層從上到下依次分為澄清區、絮凝區、沉降區和固結區;按時間劃分,可以將尾礦的沉積過程分為沉降階段和固結階段,黏性尾礦的沉積時間大約是砂性尾礦的2倍;砂性尾礦的沉積時間主要由單顆粒的自由沉降速度決定,黏性尾礦漿的沉積過程可用分界面高度-時間的函數關系來描述.研究結果揭示了尾礦漿的沉積過程和細觀結構之間的聯系,為尾礦漿沉積規律的預測提供了參考.
