Influence of key parameters in steelmaking progress on the inclusion defects of rolled IF steel sheet

  • 摘要: 針對邯鋼IF鋼冶煉過程,采用統計學軟件SPSS中邏輯回歸分析、相關性統計、描述性統計等方法,研究了冶煉過程中關鍵參數和軋材夾雜缺陷之間的對應關系以及參數間的相關性.結果表明:在IF鋼冶煉過程中將轉爐終點溫度控制在1695~1700℃之間,吹氧量控制在250 m3以下,靜置時間控制在30~40 min之間,加鋁前氧位不超過3.9×10-4時,IF鋼軋材出現夾雜缺陷的機率減少.由此對現場提出了改善措施,結果表明以上優化措施可以減少IF鋼軋材中夾雜缺陷的產生.
