Austenite growth behavior of Fe-13Cr-5Ni martensitic stainless steel under continuous heating

  • 摘要: 通過光學顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀以及顯微硬度儀研究Fe-13Cr-5Ni馬氏體不銹鋼在加熱過程中的組織轉變行為.結果表明,Fe-13Cr-5Ni鋼在10℃·s-1的加熱速率下,加熱至奧氏體單相區,冷卻至室溫后具有明顯的“組織遺傳冶現象.奧氏體以“針狀冶形式在馬氏體板條界處形核并沿著馬氏體板條界長大,與母相間保持Kurdjumov-Sachs (K-S)位向關系.加熱至兩相區不同溫度然后淬火至室溫,奧氏體的量隨兩相區保溫溫度的升高先增加再減少,650℃時對應室溫下殘余奧氏體的極大值,并且這一變化趨勢與試樣顯微硬度測試結果所得結論一致.
