Optimization of drawing scheduling based on mixed integer programming in block cave mining

  • 摘要: 放礦計劃是自然崩落法礦山生產過程中最重要的環節.針對傳統手工編制放礦計劃隨意性大及出礦品位不均衡,在對其進行科學系統的分析基礎上,本文運用混合整數規劃法解決自然崩落法放礦計劃優化問題.以計劃期內與目標品位偏差最小為目標函數,綜合考慮礦量、品位、放礦速率、崩落指數、排產指數等約束條件,構建放礦計劃優化的混合整數規劃模型,并在MATLAB環境下用YALMIP編寫模型語言調用CPLEX求解器進行求解,使品位波動降低18%,進而得到最優短期放礦計劃方案.經實例驗證,此方法科學可行,對充分發揮自然崩落法的優越性和提高礦產資源的回收率具有重要的理論和現實意義.
