A mathematical model of mechanical properties influenced by manganese in DH36 high-strength ship plate steel

  • 摘要: 通過對國內某鋼廠DH36高強度船板鋼軋制成型之后的成品板材進行研究,利用數學模擬的分析方法,建立了DH36高強度船板鋼主要化學成分與基本力學性能之間關系的數學模型,并在此基礎上重點分析了各元素隨Mn含量的變化對力學性能產生的影響.結果表明:在相關成分允許的波動范圍內,Mn元素對沖擊功的影響主要呈斜率為負的直線關系,對屈服強度、抗拉強度、斷面收縮率的影響也均呈直線關系,但斜率規律與其他元素的含量有關,需具體分析.
