Optimization of the oxygen supply system for smelting 82B steel with high-Ti-high-V molten iron in converter in Shougang Iron & Steel Co.

  • 摘要: 首鋼為降低82B生產成本,提高產品質量,在高爐原料中加入了釩鈦球團礦.釩鈦球團礦的加入導致轉爐生產化渣慢,脫磷效率低,濺渣護爐效果不佳等問題.為了解決高釩鈦鐵水轉爐生產82B所遇到的問題,本文以首鋼煉鋼廠轉爐生產82B工藝為研究對象,利用Fluent數值模擬結合工業試驗共同優化了轉爐高VTi鐵水冶煉82B供氧制度.通過供氧制度的優化,提高了轉爐處理高VTi鐵水的能力,從而保障首鋼生產出高品質低成本的82B.
