摘要: 通過對含釩螺紋鋼的性能進行研究,發現釩在細化晶粒方面效果較好.由各種強化機制對屈服強度的貢獻計算結果不難發現釩能夠加強析出強化的作用.文章對HRB400螺紋鋼中釩的析出情況進行熱力學計算,并分析了不同釩含量對析出溫度的影響.Abstract: The properties of hot rolled ribbed bars with different V contents are investigated. It is found that V can promote gain refinement. Contributions of different strengthening mechanisms to yield strength of bars are computed. The results show that V has a good effect on bar precipitation strength. Through thermodynamic calculations of V element precipitation in HRB400, the influence of V contents on the precipitating temperatures of V(CN) is demonstrated.
