Evolution of inclusions during calcium treatment in liquid steel and its thermodynamic analysis

  • 摘要: 通過檢測分析鈣處理前后鋼中夾雜物的形貌和成分的變化,探討鋼液鈣處理過程中夾雜物演變規律.利用熱力學計算,優化鈣處理工藝.結果表明,鈣處理可以將鋼液中不規則固態夾雜物改性為球形液態夾雜物;1873 K下,當[Al]為0.030%時,[O]控制在5×10-617×10-6,[Ca]控制在0.7×10-630×10-6,鋼中夾雜物變性效果良好;當[Al]為0.030%時,[S]控制在6×10-619×10-6,既能使鋼中Al2O3夾雜生成液態鋁酸鈣夾雜物,同時又可以減少CaS生成.
