Interface stability of particle growth under the influence of nonlinear interface kinetics

摘要: 研究了一個帶有非線性溫度依賴界面動力學的顆粒生長數學模型,分析顆粒界面的演化及其形態穩定性.利用漸近展開方法,獲得顆粒生長的漸近解以及界面擾動的變化率.當界面動力學增加時,界面動力學過冷減小,顆粒增長速度也減小,非線性溫度依賴界面動力學使得顆粒界面生長傾向于穩定.與忽略界面動力學的情形比較,非線性界面動力學顯著減弱了球顆粒的生長速度.Abstract: A mathematical model of particle growth taking nonlinear temperature-depended interface kinetics into account was investigated,and the particle interface evolution and morphological stability were analyzed. The asymptotic solution of particle growth and the change rate of interface perturbations were obtained by means of an asymptotic expansion method. The result shows that the interface kinetics undercooling and the particle growth velocity decrease with increasing interface kinetics,and that the nonlinear temperature-depended interface kinetics tends to stabilize particle growth. Compared with the situation of neglecting interfacial kinetics,the nonlinear interfacial kinetics significantly decreases the particle growth velocity.
