Analysis on the uniformity of coatings of color-coated sheet

摘要: 基于CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)數值方法VOF(Volume of Fluid)模型,利用FLUENT軟件對彩涂板生產過程中帶料輥空轉的情況進行了數值模擬,研究了帶料輥旋轉速度、涂料盤內的涂料量、涂料盤的尺寸、進出口位置以及涂料進口的速度對涂料起泡性和涂層均勻性的影響.數值結果表明,對生產彩涂板來說,帶料輥旋轉速度越大,涂層的均勻性越差;涂料盤里的涂料高度越高,涂料較容易發生起泡現象;涂料盤長度和寬度越大,涂層的均勻性相對越好;涂料進口速度越大,涂料的起泡性越強;涂料盤進、出口位置也會對涂層均勻性造成影響.Abstract: Basing on the Volume of Fluid(VOF) model of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),the 3-D numerical simulation of the idling furnish roll in the producing process for color-coated sheet was performed with the FLUENT software. And the effects of some parameters on the uniformity of coatings were analyzed,such as the rotation speed of furnish roll,the amount of lacquer in the plate,the size of lacquer plate,the inlet and outlet locations of lacquer plate and the inlet velocity of the lacquer. For producing the color-coated sheets,numerical results show that the uniformity of coatings becomes worse as the rotation speed of the furnish roll increases; the higher the lacquer height in the plate is,the easier it emerges foams; the uniformity of coatings becomes better as the length and width of lacquer plate increase; the ability of producing the foams becomes stronger as the inlet velocity increases; the inlet and outlet locations of lacquer plate also influence the uniformity of coatings.
