Inhomogeneity of cold-rolled texture in low-carbon steel sheets

摘要: 用X射線衍射法測量了冷軋低碳鋼板的表層和心部織構.實驗結果表明,鋼板表層主要包含{112}〈110〉和{001}〈110〉織構組分,心部主要包含{112}〈110〉和{111}〈110〉織構組分,說明低碳鋼板冷軋織構具有不均勻性.用改進的Sachs模型模擬了體心立方金屬冷軋織構的演化過程,與實驗結果有較好的一致性.Abstract: Texture of the surface and center of the cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheets were measured by X-ray diffraction method.The experimental results show that {112} 〈110〉 and {001} 〈110〉 texture components exist in the surface of the steel sheets and {112} 〈110〉 and {111} 〈110〉 texture components exist in the center of the steel sheets. It is obvious that the cold-rolled textures of the low-carbon steel sheets are inhomogeneous from surface to center. The textures evolution process of body centered cubic metals were simulated by the modified Sachs model and the simulation results show good consistence with the experimental results.
