Stress nondestructive testing of strip steel based on transmissive magnetoelastic effect

摘要: 基于磁彈效應提出了采用電磁透射方式評價應力和殘余應力的方法.針對冷軋帶鋼磁彈性應力測量方案設計了標定裝置并以此對傳感器輸出特性展開了研究,闡述了其電磁應力檢測原理.通過ANSYS有限元數值方法對標定裝置結構承載能力進行了仿真分析,在此基礎上,采用50 Hz的正弦交流的激磁系統研制了磁彈性應力測量系統樣機,并通過搭建的測試平臺對樣機及標定塊進行了單側式與透射式兩種實驗方案的靜態加載比較試驗.試驗結果表明:在標定塊額定承載范圍內,透射式磁測方案能夠實現對鋼板內應力的線性響應,為磁彈性應力測量技術的工業化應用開辟了一條新途徑.Abstract: A new method for the evaluation of stress in cold rolled strip based on magnetoelastic effect is presented. The sensor output characteristics were studied and its magnetic stress detection principle was also described. Using the ANSYS finite element method,simulation analysis of the structure carrying capacity of the calibration device model was conducted. Choosing a 50 Hz sinusoidal AC excitation system,a magnetic elastic stress measurement system prototype with the gap of 1.5 mm was developed. A performance testing platform was built to characterize the sensor output test of the prototype. The testing results show that the device can achieve linear response for stress in the steel sheet and provide a new way for the wide application of the magnetic elastic stress measurement technology.
