Effects of dissolved oxygen and temperature on the stress corrosion of 06Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel in supercritical water

  • 摘要: 通過慢應變速率拉伸試驗,在超臨界水環境中研究了溶解氧和溫度對06Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti不銹鋼的應力腐蝕開裂傾向的影響規律.試驗結果表明:在含不同溶解氧量(0/200/2000μg·kg-1)的450℃和550℃超臨界水環境中,不銹鋼都呈現出不同程度的應力腐蝕開裂傾向.隨著水中溶解氧含量的增加,不銹鋼的應力腐蝕開裂傾向更為明顯.隨著溫度的上升,應力腐蝕開裂傾向反而會下降.在含不同溶解氧量(0/200/2000μg·kg-1)的650℃超臨界水環境中,不銹鋼只發生塑性斷裂,未發現應力腐蝕開裂傾向,并且溶解氧對其影響也不是很明顯.
