Preparation of cementitious materials for backfilling by using nickel slag

摘要: 以提高礦業固體廢棄物綜合利用水平,降低礦山充填采礦成本為目的,本文開展了利用水淬鎳渣制備礦山井下充填用膠凝材料的研究.分別采用機械活化和化學活化的方法,對水淬鎳渣進行了提高其膠凝性能的探討.以井下充填體的強度指標為評價標準,分析了磨礦細度和激發劑對水淬鎳渣活性的激發程度和膠凝性能的影響,對水淬鎳渣的化學活化機理進行了分析.研究結果表明,以活化處理的水淬鎳渣為主要原料(占原料總量的85%)制備的膠結劑,可以作為水泥的替代品用于礦井充填料的生產.Abstract: On the purpose of improving the utilization level of mine solid wastes and reducing the cost of backfill mining, this article reports an experimental study on preparing cementitious materials for backfilling by using water-granulated nickel slag. Mechanical and chemical activation methods were adopted to improve the cementitious activity of the slag. Taking the strength of backfill bodies as evaluation standards, the hydration activity and cementitious performance of the slag were investigated by changing the grinding fineness and activated agents, and the chemical activation mechanism was analyzed. The results indicate that the cementing agent prepared from the slag (occupying 85% of the total raw materials) can be used to replace cement and meet the production requirements of back-filling materials.
