Effect of Mn/S on sulfide inclusions in non-quenched and tempered steel containing sulfur

  • 摘要: 通過實驗室真空感應爐冶煉鑄錠然后鍛造成棒材的方法,研究了不同Mn/S(質量比)對含硫非調質鋼中硫化物形態的影響.研究結果表明:提高Mn/S有利于改善鑄態和棒材中硫化物的分布均勻性;隨著Mn/S的提高,棒材中長寬比<3形態的硫化物由5%左右提高至25%以上,Mn/S提高有利于硫化物的球化或紡錘化控制;實驗條件下,Mn/S應控制在40左右.
