Thermodynamic study on the effect of Nb-V alloy on the nitrogen solubility in HRB400 steel

摘要: 通過熱力學計算研究了某廠HRB400鋼中氮的溶解熱力學及V、Nb合金含量對N溶解度的影響,研究結果表明:添加釩鈮可有效提高氮的溶解度,但隨著其含量的增加氮溶解度并不是單調遞增的;以目前成品鋼合金含量(質量分數)水平(V0.02%、Nb0.03%),添加鈮比釩對提高氮的溶解度更有效.Abstract: The solubility of nitrogen and the influence of the content of vanadium and niobium alloy on the solubility of nitrogen in HRB400 were studied by thermodynamic calculation. The results show that the addition of vanadium and niobium can increase the solubility of nitrogen without monotone relationship,and as the current content of alloy element in steel(V0.02%、Nb0.03%),niobium is more effective to improve the solubility of nitrogen.
