Effect of niobium on the recovery and recrystallization behavior of low-carbon micro-alloyed steel

  • 摘要: 采用應力松弛實驗研究了低C含Nb微合金鋼奧氏體熱變形過程中的析出及再結晶動力學過程,通過實驗及理論模型分析了析出/溶質拖曳對回復和再結晶行為的影響.結果顯示:隨Nb含量的增加,析出動力學曲線的鼻尖溫度上升,但鼻尖溫度對應的時間變化不大,約為20~30s;析出可明顯抑制再結晶的發生,增加Nb含量將使非再結晶溫度升高;Nb溶質通過拖曳作用阻礙晶界運動,減小了晶界遷移率,最終減慢再結晶過程的發生;對于低C含Nb實驗鋼,擬合得到再結晶激活能與Nb質量分數的0.5次方成正比.
