Establishment and application of the Rist operating line for the COREX melter gasifier

摘要: 考慮了塊煤在熔融氣化爐上部揮發分的析出和采用部分氧氣燃燒析出揮發分中的焦油和碳氫化合物這一特點,利用改進的Rist操作線原理,建立了熔融氣化爐操作線圖,直觀地體現了不同因素對煉鐵過程能耗的影響.討論了COREX熔融氣化爐內上部吹氧燃燒焦油和碳氫化合物后操作線的變化,對比了加入不同塊煤和半焦對上部吹氧量、能耗的影響,分析了將塊煤中揮發分脫除后以半焦的形式加入爐內,熔融氣化爐上部煤氣氧化度、溫度和煤氣量的變化,以及對能耗的影響.Abstract: In consideration of the devolatilization of lump coal in the upper zone ot the melter gasmer anti the burning of tar and hydrocarbon in volatile matter with oxygen, an operating line diagram of the melter gasifier was established by utilization of the improved Rist operating line principle. The Rist operating line diagram can directly reflect the effect of various factors on the energy consumption of the ironmaking process. Changes of the Rist operating line were discussed after the burning of volatile matter and hydrocarbon with blowing oxygen in the upper zone of the melter gasifier. The oxygen consumption and energy consumption were compared when charging different lump coals and semi coke. The changes in gas oxidation degree, temperature and volume change as well as their influence on the energy consumption were analyzed when charging semi coke after volatile matter removal.
