Ovality study of shafts with light area reduction by cross wedge rolling

摘要: 利用有限元軟件對楔橫軋成形小斷面收縮率軸類件的橢圓度進行數值模擬,通過對數值模擬結果進行正交回歸分析,研究工藝參數對小斷面收縮率軋件橢圓度的影響規律.結果表明:展寬角和斷面收縮率對軋件橢圓度影響顯著,展寬角越大或斷面收縮率越小,則軋件橢圓度越大;當斷面收縮率較小時,成形角對軋件橢圓度幾乎沒有影響.并解釋了各工藝參數對軋件橢圓度影響的原因.通過軋制實驗,驗證了數值模擬結果的可靠性.Abstract: The ovality of shafts with light area reduction by cross wedge rolling was simulated by finite element software. The influence of technological parameters on the ovality of rolled pieces was studied by the orthogonal regression of the numerical results. Results show that the influences of stretching angle and area reduction on the ovality of rolled pieces are significant, and the ovality of rolled pieces increases with the stretching angle increasing or the area reduction decreasing. However, the forming angle has little influence on the ovality of rolled pieces. The reasons for these influences were explained. Finally the reliability of the numerical results was verified by roiling experiments.
