Effect of stretching angle on internal defects in valve roughcasts produced by single cross wedge rolling

  • 摘要: 以DEFORM-3D 6.0軟件為有限元模擬工具,模擬了楔橫軋一次成形氣門毛坯過程,對不同展寬角下軋件中心點的應力應變場及交變次數進行了研究.在楔橫軋H500軋機上進行不同展寬角軋制實驗,計算了每個軋件中心孔洞面積,并對其比較分析.結合有限元模擬和實驗結果,揭示了展寬角對心部缺陷的影響規律,即相對較大的展寬角有利于改善心部缺陷.實驗結果表明:中心孔洞面積隨展寬角的增大而減小;在其他參數不變的情況下展寬角取8°40'有利于改善楔橫軋一次成形氣門毛坯心部缺陷.
