Optimization of crystallization properties of mold flux for slab casting of medium-carbon steel

  • 摘要: 選取常規用保護渣和高拉速用優化保護渣研究了其高溫結晶性能與玻璃質渣膜回溫結晶性能.研究表明,優化后的高堿度保護渣具有較高的結晶溫度和較低的脫玻化溫度,同等實驗條件下析晶能力更強,結晶相主要為槍晶石(3CaO.2SiO2.CaF2),并且晶粒粗大,凝固組織中有大量空隙,渣膜表面粗糙度大,有利于增加渣膜熱阻,更適合于高拉速生產.
