Optimization of purification control during tapping

摘要: 介紹了轉爐在出鋼過程強化鋼水凈化的工藝,實驗結果表明:該工藝能在較短時間內降低鋼水及熔渣氧化性,利用出鋼過程良好的動力學條件進行脫硫,從而提高了LF精煉爐的精煉效果,顯著提高了鋼水純凈度.通過對工藝的優化和完善,可使部分鋼種不經LF爐處理也能滿足品種鋼性能的要求,進而緩解LF爐作業壓力,減少了LF增碳增硅的幾率,提高了低碳低硅鋼的成分命中率.Abstract: An intensified purification control during tapping of converter was introduced. The results show that the[O] and (FeO) can be decreased effectively within a short period of time through this new process;based on the good dynamics condition during tapping, better refining effect and molten purity are obtained. By optimizing the process, some kinds of steel grades can be produced without LF treatment, which relieves the burden of LF.
