Removal behavior and technics of simultaneous desiliconization and removing manganese and titanium in hot metal

  • 摘要: 通過鉬絲爐上1kg鐵水和感應爐上10kg鐵水的實驗,研究了鐵水預處理時爐渣堿度和鐵水溫度對脫鈦硅錳的影響,并系統的分析了其脫出規律.研究表明鐵水中鈦硅的氧化基本不受鐵水溫度和爐渣堿度的影響,錳的氧化受鐵水溫度和爐渣堿度的影響較大,低溫、低堿度有利于鐵水脫錳.當鐵水溫度T=1280℃,堿度R=0.44,鐵水中鈦硅錳可分別脫除至[Si]=0.011%,[Ti]<0.005%,[Mn]=0.024%,滿足了高純生鐵對錳的指標要求.
