Effect on inclusions in molten iron treated by SiMg,Al and combination of both

  • 摘要: 在高溫鉬絲爐內向鐵液中加入SiMg合金、Al及復合添加這兩種脫氧劑進行脫氧,并改變其添加順序,分析過程樣中溶解氧、全氧、殘鎂量及夾雜物隨時間的變化.結果表明:1873K時,鐵液中復合添加0.02%(質量分數)的SiMg和0.03%(質量分數)的Al脫氧,其脫氧程度與只用0.05%的SiMg脫氧相當,而鎂的收得率得到提高.SiMg/Al處理的試樣中夾雜物數量隨時間的變化與只用SiMg處理時一致,而Al/SiMg處理的試樣中夾雜物數量隨時間的變化與只用Al處理時一致.
