Total oxygen prediction model of ultra-low carbon aluminum killed steel in RH treatment and its application

  • 摘要: 根據300t鋼包RH真空處理超低碳鋁鎮靜鋼的實驗數據,建立了RH處理過程鋼中總氧含量的預測模型,得到了鋼中氧含量的預測公式.模型綜合考慮了處理時間、真空室吹氬流量、鋼水環流量、浸漬管直徑和鋼包渣中(FeO+MnO)含量等因素對總氧含量的影響,并對改進RH處理工藝進行了討論.模型分析表明,促進夾雜物上浮的手段有增大吹氬流量、增加浸漬管直徑,但都有一個合適的范圍.
