Stand-support sintering for improving sinter productivity

摘要: 通過燒結料層風量的大小是決定燒結機生產能力的重要因素之一.在抽風機能力不變的情況下,要增加通過料層的空氣量,就必須設法減小物料對氣流通過的阻力.在實驗的基礎上,研究了燒結杯安裝支撐板后對料層透氣性的改善效果,進而考察了對燒結生產率、燒結礦轉鼓強度、成品率、粒度組成和冶金性能等的影響.實驗表明,安裝支架后,燒結生產率明顯提高,最高提高23.15%,盡管轉鼓強度略有下降,但仍可滿足生產要求,而冶金性能也得到改善.Abstract: Gas volume through the sinter bed is one of the very important factors that determine the productivity of sintering. When the capacity of the exhaust fan is fixed, the increase of gas volume through the sinter bed can be only realized by the reduction of sinter bed resistance to airflow. On laboratorial conditions, the effect of bed permeability improvement under the condition of standsupport sintering was studied, and the productivity, drum index, product yield and size composition were investigated quantitatively. The results showed that applying stand-support during sintering, the productivity increased by maximum 23.15% and the drum index decreased slightly, while it still met the demand of ironmaking. The metallurgical properties of sinter were improved at the meantime.
