Influence of cooling velocity after coiling on the structure of high strength steel

摘要: 采用拉伸實驗、電鏡觀察、能譜分析和硬度測試等方法,研究了700 MPa級高強度鋼熱軋鋼卷組織性能分布不均的特點,對造成其組織性能不均的原因進行了分析.結果表明,鋼卷縱向力學性能分布不均,分布規律為成卷后鋼卷的中部>內部>外部,內部和外部相差不大.沿鋼卷縱向,中部試樣和外部試樣的金相組織、碳氮化物析出狀態均存在著明顯差異,這是造成鋼卷力學性能不均的主要原因.卷取后的冷卻速度對金相組織、碳氮化物析出狀態有著重要影響.Abstract: The characteristics of property nonuniformity and the cooling velocity after coiling of 700 MPa hot rolled steel plates were investigated by means of tensile test, SEM, TEM, energy spectrum analysis and hardness test, and the reasons that cause these characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the strength of the coil intermediate is the highest, but that of the outside is the lowest. There is significant difference in metallurgical structure and precipitation behavior of earbonitrides in the coil intermediate and outside samples, which is the main reason that causes property nonuniformity. The cooling velocity after coiling is an important factor that affects the metallurgical structure and precipitation behavior of carbonitrides.
