Effect of pulse current on the annealing structure and property of spherical graphite iron

摘要: 在球墨鑄鐵的高溫石墨化過程中采用脈沖電流為輔助手段,研究了脈沖電流對退火處理球墨鑄鐵力學性能以及滲碳體的石墨化、鐵素體轉變的影響.經脈沖電流處理后,球墨鑄鐵的硬度、抗拉強度降低,延伸率增加.SEM分析表明,脈沖電流加速了球墨鑄鐵的高溫石墨化過程,促進了鐵素體的轉變.脈沖電流處理后石墨形核率的增加是加速滲碳體分解和鐵素體轉變的主要原因.Abstract: The effects of pulse current on the mechanical properties of spherical graphite iron, the graphitization of cementite and the transformation of ferrite were studied during the high-temperature graphitization of spherical graphite iron with pulse electric current as an assistant way. The results show that the tensile strength and the hardness of the specimen decrease, while the elongation increase. SEM micrographs of the specimen show that electropulsing promotes greatly the high-temperature graphitization of spherical graphite iron and the transformation of ferrite. The acceleration of cementite decomposition and the transformation of ferrite result from the increase of graphite nucleation rate by electropulsing.
