Empirical study on the relationship between organizational learning capability and firm performance

摘要: 在回顧組織學習能力及其與企業績效關系研究成果的基礎上,以394家中國企業為問卷調查對象,對組織學習能力與企業績效之間的關系進行了實證研究.結果表明:組織學習能力對管理創新和技術創新產生顯著的直接正面影響作用,并且通過管理創新和技術創新對企業績效產生間接正面影響作用.Abstract: The relationship between organizational learning capability and firm performance was quantificationally examined based on reviewing the theories on organizational learning and its qualitative relation with firm performance. The sample of this study had 394 companies in China. Data analysis showed that organizational learning capability has positive direct significant impact on administrative and technical innovation, but indirect significant impact on performance by administrative and technical innovation.
