Influences of water content on the corrosion behavior of X70 steel in Dagang saline-alkaline soil

摘要: 采用極化曲線、電化學交流阻抗等技術對X70鋼在含水量20%~34%(質量分數)的大港濱海鹽漬土中的腐蝕行為進行研究.結果表明:土壤含水量對X70鋼腐蝕行為影響顯著;水質量分數為25%時X70鋼發生局部腐蝕,水質量分數高于30%時發生均勻腐蝕;隨著土壤中含水量的增加,腐蝕電流密度先增后減,在水質量分數為25%時腐蝕速率達到最大;含水量較低時,X70鋼在大港濱海鹽漬土中腐蝕的電化學阻抗譜會出現低頻感抗弧,隨著含水量的增加,低頻感抗弧消失,表現為單一的容抗弧.Abstract: The corrosion behavior of X70 steel in Dagang saline-alkaline soil with 20%-34% water content was studied by polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It is shown that the corrosion behavior of X70 steel is strongly dependent on the water content in soil. Local corrosion occurred at the water content of 25%, and general corrosion took place when the water content was more than 30%. With increasing water content, the corrosion current density increased to a maximum at the water content of 25% and then decreased. The low-frequency inductance loop emerged at the water content of 20%. It disappeared with increasing water content and a single capacitive impedance loop was observed.
