Grain orientation and magnetic properties of anisotropic permanent magnetic strontium ferrite

摘要: 用SEM、TEM和磁性測量等手段分析了各向異性燒結SrFe12O19的晶粒取向對宏觀磁性能的影響.結果表明,鍶鐵氧體磁粉中有廢磁體經破碎、球磨后成粉狀的SrFe12O19針狀顆粒,沿C軸方向整齊排列,對產品質量無害.燒結SrFe12O19磁體中,顆粒呈六角型,其取向度越高,磁性越好.取向磁場的大小和添加劑的加入量對SrFe12O19磁體的取向度和磁性有著顯著的影響.Abstract: The effect of grain orientation on the magnetic properties of anisotropic and sintered strontium ferrite was examined by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and magnetic measurement. The results showed that the needle-like particles of ferrite with arranging along C axis in good order were found in the strontium ferrite powder, originating from the crushed and milled waste magnet, which did not have bad effect on the quality of products. The particles in sintered permanent magnetic strontium ferrite presented hexagonal structure. The higher the orientation degree, the better the magnetic properties were. The strength of magnetic field and the addition of binder had significant effect on the orientation degree and magnetic properties of permanent magnetic strontium ferrite.
