Effects of additives on the sodium penetration and expansion of carbon-based cathodes during aluminum electrolysis

  • 摘要: 為了提高現用鋁電解炭基陰極的抗鈉侵蝕性能,在實驗室條件下研究了添加劑對鋁電解炭基陰極鈉滲透膨脹的影響.結果表明:添加B2O3能減緩鈉的初期滲透和膨脹速率,但同時會增加陰極的終期膨脹量;而添加TiB2既能減少金屬鈉的滲透量,又能降低炭基陰極的鈉膨脹率;當同時加入TiB2和B2O3時,能夠進一步提高炭基陰極的抗鈉滲透膨脹性能.
