Numerical simulation study on the multi-tunnel effect during excavation of the subway in Guanghua Road Station of Beijing metro line 10

摘要: 結合北京地鐵十號線一期光華路地鐵站的工程和地質條件,運用FLAC3D軟件對車站主體淺埋暗挖的五種不同施工順序的方案進行模擬研究.在相同的地表荷載、固定約束和土體參數的情況下,模擬研究得出車站周圍土體應力、塑性區和位移的基本變化規律,并確定群洞效應下開挖順序的推薦方案.研究結果表明:(1)車站開挖過程中和完成后,破壞區主要集中在中洞與兩側洞之間的區域,即群洞之間部位,并從中洞兩側垂線以45°角向外擴散;(2)中洞的跨度對地表的沉降量有著明顯的影響,對于群洞而言,先對左右洞室進行開挖可有效地減小開挖中洞的位移變化量;(3)中洞的拱形支撐能有效抑制地表的破壞區,考慮群洞效應時應先保證中洞洞頂部分的強度.Abstract: In this paper,based on Guanghua Road Station geometric materials,the numerical simulation of the station under five different excavation orders was carried out by FLAC3D software.Through the comparisons of different excavation orders with the same support parameters and the same loading condition,the regularities of soil-stress,plastic region and displacement transformation about the station were put forward.After analyzing,the recommending excavating order of the multi-tunneling construction was proposed.The results showed:(1) the plastic regions mainly exist in the areas between different holes,and along the line which presents 45° from the vertical direction of the middle hole;(2) the horizontal expansion of the section of the middle hole plays an important role in the downward displacement of the ground surface,but to the multi-tunnel construction,excavating the left and right hole firstly can reduce the displacement effectively;(3) the arch structure of the main hole plays an very important role in reducing the downward displacement of the ground surface.
