Preparation of highly effective desulfurizer using various dusts as additives

摘要: 利用Ca(OH)2和鋼鐵企業的除塵灰作為原料,通過不同的方法制備脫硫劑,在流化床反應器中進行脫硫性能實驗,考察脫硫效率在95%以上的持續時間及鈣利用率等指標,對其脫硫性能進行了比較.實驗結果表明,除塵灰A中Fe2O3和FeO含量高,作為添加劑與Ca(OH)2混合焙燒后,鈣利用率從18.2%提高到70.2%,脫硫效率在95%以上的持續時間從11min延長到31min.除塵灰A作為添加劑與Ca(OH)2混合焙燒,制備半干法煙氣脫硫的高效脫硫劑,可以較大地提高鈣利用率,對于燒結煙氣脫硫具有重要的實用價值.Abstract: Ca(OH)2 and seven kinds of dust from the iron and steel enterprise were used to produce desulfurizers through different methods.These desulfurizers were tested in a fluidized bed reactor in the laboratory.Duration of over 95% desulfurization efficiency and the calcium utilization ratio were measured for different desulfurizers.The experimental results showed that the desulfurizer in which the Ca(OH)2 and dust A(as additive) were mixed and then baked at a high temperature,could effectively improve desulfurization efficiency.The calcium utilization ratio could be increased from 18.2% to 70.2% and duration of over 95% desulfurization efficiency could be kept from 11 to 31 min.It proved that the desulfurizer produced by the above-mentioned method could efficiently improve the calcium utilization ratio.This demonstrates that the practical utilization of this desulfurizer for sintering gas desulfurization has great potential.
