Numerical simulation of argon blowing behaviors of molten steel with purging plug in ladle bottom

摘要: 以精煉鋼包為研究對象,在不同的透氣磚位置的條件下,采用多相流模型計算了吹氬后鋼包內鋼液的流場,通過對流場數值的多元回歸,計算了透氣磚在鋼包底部的最佳位置.結果表明:隨著透氣磚在鋼包底部位置的變化,吹氬對鋼液的攪拌效果也有很大的影響,當透氣磚位置在鋼包底部距中心位置為0.44R0~0.48R0之間時,底吹氬對鋼液攪拌得更均勻.Abstract: The blowing behaviors of a refining ladle were studied with purging plug at different positions.The flow field of molten steel in the ladle after argon blowing was calculated by a multiphase flow model and multiple regression,and the best position of the purging plug was obtained.The results indicated that the mixing effect of argon blowing on molten steel changed greatly with the position of the purging plug at the bottom of the ladle.The molten steel was mixed uniformly by argon bubbling when the distance between the position of the purging plug and the center of the ladle bottom was 0.44R0-0.48R0.
