Effects of annealing temperature on microstructures and properties of the 25Mn-3Si-3Al-TWIP steel

摘要: 研究了不同退火溫度對25Mn-3Si-3Al-TWIP鋼組織和力學性能的影響.結果表明經1000℃退火后,此鋼種可達到640MPa左右的抗拉強度和255MPa左右的屈服強度以及82%以上的延伸率,具有較好的綜合力學性能.其室溫組織為單相奧氏體基體的退火孿晶,通過TEM觀察內部為大量的層錯和孿晶共存結構.在隨后的拉伸變形過程中產生大量形變孿晶,發生了TWIP效應——孿晶誘發塑性效應,使鋼板具有優良的力學性能.Abstract: The influence of annealing temperature on microstructures and mechanical properties of the 25Mn-3Si-3Al-TWIP steel was studied in this paper.The results showed that the steel had better comprehensive mechanical properties when the annealing temperature was 1 000℃.The tensile strength of the steel is about 640 MPa and the yield strength is higher than 255 MPa,while the elongation is above 82%.The microstructure is composed austenitic matrix and annealed twins at room temperature,at the same time,a significant amount of annealed twins and stacking faults are observed by TEM.Mechanical twins play a dominant role during deformation and result in excellent mechanical properties.
