Influence of phosphating treatment on the mechanics performance of adhesive/metal interface

摘要: 對金屬表面進行了磷化處理,測試了膠粘劑/金屬界面的力學性能.著重分析了疲勞載荷對表面處理后膠接接頭粘接性能的影響,并用顯微紅外光譜分析了疲勞前、后界面處化學鍵合的變化.結果表明金屬表面經磷化處理后耐疲勞破壞的性能增強.Abstract: The metal surface was treated with phosphating treatment,and the mechanics performance of the adhesive/metal interface was tested.The influence of fatigue loading on the adhesive joint before and after surface treatment was analyzed,and the changes of chemical bond before and after fatigue were analyzed,too.The results showed that after the phosphating treatment,the anti-fatigue performance of the adhesive joint became better.
