Study of direct quenching process for SPV490 steel plate

摘要: 針對SPV490鋼控軋后的直接淬火回火工藝進行研究.結果表明,采用再結晶區控軋后結合直接淬火回火工藝時,實驗鋼的強度大幅度提高,但韌性下降;采用在奧氏體再結晶區變形44%,然后在未再結晶區變形的兩階段控軋工藝后結合直接淬火回火工藝時,由于在細化晶粒的基礎上增加晶粒內部變形帶數量及位錯密度,從而獲得細小、均勻的組織,實驗鋼的綜合力學性能良好.Abstract: The effect of deformation in austenite region and tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of SPV490 steel was studied.In direct quenching and tempering process,strength of samples was remarkably increased when adopting control rolling in austenite recrystallized zone,while impact toughness was decreased.With 44% deformation in recrystallized zone for two-phase rolling,because fine microstructure transformed from austenite with deformed band and high dislocation density was achieved,samples had good mechanical properties.
