Preparation of monodisperse iron nanoparticles at low temperature

摘要: 采用煤油做試劑、在160~180℃的熱分解反應溫度下,通過羰基鐵的熱分解合成單分散性的鐵納米粉末.合成的納米鐵微粒隨著反應初始物羰基鐵的濃度從0.296mol/L(加入量3.6mL)增加到0.444mol/L(加入量5.4mL)時,其平均尺寸從11.2nm減小到8.6nm,而且它們的形狀都是球形.合成的納米鐵微粒通過高分辨率的電子顯微鏡顯示出無定形結構,其表面很容易氧化成尖晶石的四氧化三鐵結構.Abstract: Monodisperse iron nanoparticles were prepared by thermal decomposition of iron carbonyl at low temperatures of 160-180℃ in kerosene.The synthesized iron nanoparticles were spherical and their average size decreased from 11.2 to 8.6 nm as increasing the initial concentration of iron carbonyl from 0.296 to 0.444 mol/L.The synthesized iron nanoparticles are amorphous,but the surface of the particles is easily oxidized and is spinel structure iron oxide by HRTEM.
