Study on the electric power consumption and energy consumption on the main procedures of Xingcheng Special Steel

  • 摘要: 對興澄特鋼的一些主要工序:燒結、煉鐵、煉鋼和軋鋼的能源物質消耗和耗能工質消耗數據進行收集、整理、分析,基于相同的統計和計算方法,得到生產每噸產品的工序電耗、能耗以及折算的全流程噸鋼電耗、能耗值.特煉分廠電爐煉鋼年產量2002年為79.18萬t,2004年為91.60萬t,增長15.69%;電爐噸鋼冶煉電耗由340.20kW·h·t-1降至166.30kW·h·t-1,降幅51.12%;而全流程噸鋼能耗由289.51kgce·t-1上升到615.44kgce·t-1,增長1.13倍.
