Oxidation behavior of SiAlON materials

摘要: SiAlON材料在高溫氧化氣氛下的氧化行為和氧化機理一直是材料科學領域關注的焦點.本文綜述了SiAlON材料氧化的相關研究,分析對比了單相和復相SiAlON材料的氧化行為,討論了SiAlON材料的氧化影響因素以及氧化機理,指出了SiAlON材料氧化研究存在的問題.

Abstract: The oxidation behavior and mechanism of SiAlON materials at high temperature have been a hot issue in the field of materials. Studies on the oxidation of SiAlON materials in literatures were reviewed and the oxidation behaviors of monophase and mutiphase SiAlON materials were compared. The influencing factors and oxidation mechanism were also discussed. The problems existing in the oxidation of SiAlON materials were pointed out.
