Experimental research on oxidized round spots and desilication phenomenon in electrical steel

摘要: 為確定硅鋼表面缺陷產生的工序,對硅鋼裂紋處氧化圓點特性進行了實驗研究.運用Gleeble1500模擬熱軋裂紋連續降溫過程,結果表明Q鋼、W20鋼熱軋裂紋分別在1170℃和1160℃以上會產生細小氧化圓點.鑄坯裂紋加熱爐過程模擬發現其裂紋附近產生粗大的氧化圓點.能譜分析表明鑄坯裂紋相對熱軋裂紋來說存在明顯的脫硅層,兩種裂紋的氧化圓點在形貌、層厚以及氧化圓點附近脫硅性上存在較大差異,這種差別可作為判定硅鋼缺陷生成工序的參考依據.Abstract: An experimental study was made on the character of oxidized round spots in electrical steel in order to determine the forming procedure of surface defects. The results showed that nice oxidized round spots could form in hot rolling cracks of Q steel and W20 steel when the temperature is over 1170℃ and 1160℃ respectively using the thermal simulator Gleeble 1500. Oxidized round spots in casting blank cracks in a heater by simulator experiment were crassitude. Desilication of the casting blank cracks were more obvious than that of hot rolling cracks by energy spectrum analysis. There was great difference in pattern, layer thickness and adjacent desilication of oxidized round spots. Such discrepancy can be set as a reference to determine the formation procedure of defects in electrical steel.
